The History of Boopa's
In February of 2000, Lisa Underwood and Holly Pils were in the right place, at the right time and had just enough guts to seize an opportunity to found Boopa's Bagel Deli. They already knew how to bake amazing bagels, and how to make their customers feel like part of a community, so now was the time to take their drive and determination, and work for themselves. After tragedy struck in 2005, and Lisa was taken from this world, Holly has continued to run Boopa's in Lisa's honor with her loyal Boopa Crew.
In the over 20 years of Boopa's Bagel Deli, they have become well known in the community for giving back. Holding fundraising fun runs for the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Tarrant, donating bagels to feed zoo animals, donating to local schools, supporting special olympics events and the United Way...Boopa's endeavors to give back to the community that has supported them over the years.
